Returns and Exchanges Guideline

Items must be returned in their original state: unused, with all original tags intact, and within their original packaging. Items that are customized or personalized are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

You must initiate a return within 14 days after receipt of your order. Contact our customer service immediately to start the return process.

Email our support team to obtain a return authorization. Ensure the product is securely repackaged in its original box, including all components, and marked with the provided return authorization number. Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if the item is out of stock, a refund or a replacement might be offered instead. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was ours.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact our customer service without delay, providing photos and a detailed account of the problem. We will bear the shipping costs for returning such items and arrange for a refund or replacement as necessary.

Items bought from external merchants or third-party sellers are not eligible for returns via our platform. Check the return policies of these vendors before purchasing.
